The following are the general conditions of xxx Tours and may eventually include items unrelated to the tours xxx (groups of 6) chooses. Please note that the items included in the tour fare are only those as specified in the itinerary.

2. Included in the Tour Fare


US$   /per person per night and there will be a surcharge of $ 40 if the group is

one and for two person the surcharge is $30 and for the group three and more

there is no surcharge.

 

There will be a surcharge of US$ 10/ one person per night if one person stays in

single room.

 

This cost is a package tour cost that covers all hotel, meals, transfers to and from

the airport or border, transport with driver for sightseeing, an English-speaking

knowledgeable local guide, all inland permits and fees. And if are trekking this

covers all expenses for the treks such as horses/yaks, guide, tenting/camping

equipment, meals and transport. .


Tax: The consumption tax of 5%.


3.Not Included in the Tour Fare

 

Not included in the package price: any air ticket, additional meals and drink, and

any other expenses of a personal nature, tips, the visa fee, travel insurance in

Bhutan.


4.Payment


The clients are required to pay the full tour fare when arrival the Paro airport.         

The official rate is US$   /per person per night, so clients have to pay total US$

to the department of Tourism Authority of Bhutan.


5.Cancellation


 If a cancellation notice is issued, the criteria of charge will be based on the

following

(For one person and the rate is US$   per night):
 (a) Within 30 days of the start of the tour programme (Before 21/12/2000) - Free
 (b) Within 21 days (Before 31/12/2000) US$    (10% of rate)

 (c) Within 14 days (Before 07/01/2001)- US$    (15% of the rate)
 (d) Within 7 days (Before 14/01/2001)- US$    (30% of the rate)

(e) Less than 7 days or cancellation without notice (Before 20/01/2001)

US$   (50% of the rate)

(f) After arrival in Bhutan (After 21/01/2001)- US$    (100% of the rate)

 

Tour conditions

The following are the general conditions of Sunrise Tours and may eventually include items unrelated to the tours you choose. Please note that the items included in the tour fare are only those as specified in the itinerary.
1. Included in the tour fare
Sightseeing & Excursions: By motorcoach , train and/or sightseeing boat on a seat-sharingbasis, plus admission fees to temples, shrines, museums,etc.
Meals: Only the meals specified in each itinerary.
Guide Services: An English-speaking guide for sightseeing and excursions will be provided.
Tax: The consumption tax of 5%.
Note: In principal, we will not make refunds for the above fare even if clients choose to use the relevant services. 
2. Not Included in the Tour Fare
Charges and expenses other than those specified in the preceding article, including, without limitation:*Additional meals and drink, and any other expenses of a personal nature.
3. Reservations
Reservation for each tour will be accepted at your travel agent .A travel reservation is deemed to be concluded and become effective upon receipt of full payment.
4. Payment
The clients are required to pay the full tour fare prior to the departure.
When you check in for the tour at Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal, cash or credit cards(Diners, Visa, Amex, UC, JCB and DC) are acceptable.
5. Cancellation of Tour Operation
When the requirement for the minimum number of participants has not been met, JTB may cancel the Travel Contract and operation of the tour involved.
In such a case, JTB shall notify the client of tour cancellation 4 or more days prior to the starting date of the tour.
6. cancellation
If a cancellation notice is given.....
(a) 8 or more days prior to tour date......No charge
(b) 7 days to 1 day prior to tour date....10% of the fare
(c) On or after tour date......................20% of the fare
(d) No refunds can be made after tour commences.
7. Others
(a) This brochure is effective from January 1 to December 31,2000.Tour departure dates, schedules and regular visiting orders in this brochure are subject to change with or without advance notice.
(b) Infants or children under 6 years old are free.
(c) Motorcoaches are not equipped with umbrellas.
(d) Owing to traffic regulations and conditions, the motorcoaches may not be able to provide door-to-door services.
(e) These Tour Conditions represent the English translation of part of the General Terms and Conditions of the JTB Organized Tour Contract as approved by Japan's Ministry of Transport.
